Raw Material regulation
Navigating raw material regulations requires precision, expertise and a trusted partner. That’s why Toxi Plan help you to introduce your raw material into the global market.
"The problem every raw material producer face"
Raw material manufacturers must ensure their substances meet regulatory safety requirements under REACH and other applicable frameworks. Generating robust toxicological data and ensuring compliance across multiple uses remains a major challenge.
Many raw materials lack sufficient toxicological data to support regulatory compliance and downstream customer requirements.
REACH and other regulatory frameworks impose complex and evolving obligations, difficult to anticipate for each substance and use.
A single compliance issue can delay your product launch by several weeks.

Let’s take the next step together
As chemists, toxicologists, and ecotoxicologists, we can assist you throughout the entire REACH registration process.
Toxi Plan® covers REACH registration of chemical substances, primarily cosmetic raw materials, manufactured or imported into the European Union (EU) in quantities of 1 tonne or more per year.
From substance identification to the submission of the registration dossier to ECHA (European Chemicals Agency).
REACH registration is a lengthy (several months) and complex process that requires a well-structured and methodical approach to save time and money. Our action plan follows a chronological approach based on the following points:
PREPARATION OF THE SAFETY DATA SHEET (SDS)
We write the 16 SDS sections of raw materials in accordance with REACH regulation (registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals) 1907/2006/EC, CLP regulation (classification, labelling and packaging), French environmental code on classified installations for environmental protection (ICPE), and international regulations covering the transport of dangerous products.
SECTION FDS
Our expertise in chemistry, toxicology, and ecotoxicology allows for meticulous and efficient work on SDS sections No. 9: “Physical and Chemical Properties,” No. 11: “Toxicological Data,” and No. 12: “Ecological Data.” These sections are essential for determining the classification (e.g., hazard statements, H phrases) and labeling (e.g., pictograms) of your raw materials that are handled by workers and transported from one site to another.
REACH/SDS TRAINING
We provide training on REACH registration and SDS writing to professionals and students. In 2019, we worked in cosmetic incubators and Master’s programs in toxicology and ecotoxicology at French universities (e.g., Paul Sabatier University Toulouse III, University of Angers, University of Bordeaux).
We know it’s complicated, so we’ve simplified it for you!
